Mandala Colouring Sheets

Mandala The word 'Mandala' comes from Sanskrit and translates to a circle. It symbolically is known to represent wholeness or the circles of life and has been used widely in many cultures and spiritual practices as means to find the meaning of life. My experience of creating it has been therapeutic, and when done mindfully with intent, it can help shift emotional states of being to bring in more balance, harmony, and relaxation or whatever else you wish to connect to. There are studies that support the use of repetitive action/motion in the reduction of the levels of anxiety and stress.
